A sweet little place I wish belonged to me. Down a street near the TBEX conference venue where I was for four nights in October, on the fourth floor, with a balcony overlooking a green block and secret garden.
The afternoon sun added to the ambiance and it felt like home. There was coffee, biscuits, wine in the fridge and fabulous wifi. There were guidebooks and maps, a comprehensive list of suggested things to do. The owner Ralou checked me in, took me to the pharmacy to get meds as I was ill, and even drove me to pick up a local simcard. Checking in on my well being the next day.
I loved everything about this place and won’t stay anywhere else when next I am in Athens. Kaisareias is perfectly central for walking the city, yet set a little way from the madness, a metro 2 minutes walk away. Also, AirBnB will be top of my search list when booking accommodation from now on.
