I love this aptly haunting and beautiful song written for the Sundance winning documentary Chasing Iceperformed by Scarlet Johannson.

Chasing Ice is the story of acclaimed environmental photographer James Balogs mission to gather undeniable evidence of climate change. Using time-lapse cameras he captures and records the Arctic’s changing glaciers over a period of three years. See the trailer for more, and try and watch it.

The message is in these lyrics – ‘But I don’t want to die alone. I don’t want to die alone. Way before my time.’
