Kalk Bay’s Cape To Cuba Restaurant – A Sens-Ation!

Yesterday after wandering the streets of Kalk Bay and admiring the incredible collection of clothes, jewellery and goods on sale, we opted to have lunch at Cape To Cairo Restaurant. I’d heard much about it, but hadn’t been for a meal. The food was truly Yum! Matched with bubbly and Cuban Beer.

There are some fabulous religious icons, relics and art for sale too, but sadly the piece I really really really “needed” wasn not for sale. Fabulous view, the train coming past is a blast, the cocktail menu tempting, the staff and ambience warm and welcoming! More at www.capetocuba.com –

Walk this way …. I did!

The warmth and ambience with soft blues, reds, chandeliers and mirrors.

Two of the incredible items for sale; some from Cuba, others from the Dominican Republic ….

Ohhhhh tango evenings – got to get to one of theses, with a man that can dance!
