Mekong’s Can Tho. By Night.

Vietnam. The overnight tour that I took from Saigon to the Mekong Delta allowed me two full days of touring as well as a night in the capital of the region, Can Tho. This I spent at the Hau Gang Hotel, well located just off the centre of town and a short walk to the coastline, main road and market. I walked into the night, armed with camera and fish eye lens – to captured some of the life of the city.

View from my hotel room into the small courtyard below where dinner was being enjoyed. Also across the Can Tho skyline.

Things I found, there was a fun fair.

Also karate and ninja training – although the coach was on his phone 🙂

Late night shopping.

Some scooters resting up.

As well as a stark and rather scary warning that risk is never too far. This was up in the fun fair area – pretty scary actually.
