New York, Sights from Time Square!

Walking Time Square is similar to visiting the Vatican, seeing the Eiffel Tower or feeding the pigeons of Trafalgar Square. Its an iconic space. Familiar, yet overwhelming in how different it is from anything I know. Here it is not history or architecture that makes it so, but an energy, a buzz and a showcase of all that is happening in the remarkable city New York. It is alive, independent and warm in its welcome.

Time Square is never still. People, flashing screens, yellow cabs.

The show that I went to see, War Horse on Broadway at Lincoln Centre.

A band entertains in the Spring Sun, it was about 5 degrees C.
