Table Mountain, Cape Town!

Today I took the day off and went into the city with visiting relatives from the UK for some shopping at the V&A Waterfront and a trip up Table Mountain. What a Mountain it is.

The Cable Car trip to the top costs R180.00 return, and only takes 4 minutes, revolving as it goes which allows all to experience the views. It’s very dramatic as you take a sheer incline into the Upper Station which is at 1067m.

Here are some pics I took to entice you to take the trip. I’ve been up about 20 times, and would do so again tomorrow given half a chance ….
