The Elephant Park – Knysna

Enjoying a close encounter with a two year old elephant at the Knysna Elephant Park in December 2009 – So Special! The Elephant Park is home to numerous orphaned and rescue elephants and every effort is made to give them a happy life. As the sanctuary borders the Knysna forests and the elephants do roam freely by day, they succeed. An admirable project that needs any possible support. I cannot describe the smell and touch of an elephant, but do consider the experience life enriching ….
