This is the gable of our home in Wellington – Versailles. An 1812 Cape Dutch style big old rambling farm house where we live, love, write and create the Jorgensen’s Distillery products which include Savingnac Potstill Brandy, Primitiv Vodka, Jorgensen’s Gin and our Field of Dreams Absinthe. Located within the urban edge, we are lucky enough to have 10+ ha of land bordering the Kromme River. This truly is the perfect family home, which we like to keep wide open to all visitors.
