Life is Beautiful – a Travel Music Video

This is wonderful. Its a digital travelogue of the Basilicata region of southern Italy by Cape Town director Mark Hofmeyr. The Italian Tourism Board ran an amazing project where they chose 10 directors from around the world to shoot their own promo videos for the area. They were then uploaded and placed in a race for the most views to see who wins.

Such a lovely project that I would love to see offered in Cape Town. It is very interesting to see the different interpretations of the same area, each bringing their own to their video. Inspiring. The bigger project can be seen at http://www.cantforget.it/.

I’m rooting for Mark, after all he is a South African, but moreso his video captures all that I adore about Italy and invites me to return – soon. Watch and Like, if you would.
