VietnamIn Ho Chi Minh City, I stayed at La Jolie Hotel, a sweet place in District 1 with views towards the Saigon River and easy access to the heart of this vibrant city. Initially two nights and then an overnight on my return from the Mekong Delta, when I took to the Spa for a head to toe spoiling. Breakfasts are a spread of fresh cut fruit, juices and all sorts from egg to noodles and veg. I never progressed beyond the dragon fruit, watermelon and sweet mangosteens, a girl could love on fruit alone.
