Vietnam. Mekong Delta – Near Can Tho I met these sweet boys who asked me to take a photo of them. I immediately obliged grateful for the opportunity. We had no common language, yet we spoke for a while. They proudly showed me what they were carrying. Baby bats, in a bed of leaves, tiny. I restrained my ‘free the animals’ nature and shared in their delight. Treasuring their innocence and the gift of time shared in the company of their infectious laughter.
