kulula competition – I ran a competition over the last three weeks as I headed off to Durban for the day with Avios and kulula.com to explore a different side of our great East Coast city. This in celebration of the recently formed partnership between Avios South Africa and kulula.com that offers consumers more ways to collect Avios.

The prize – A return kulula flight. Valid for local flights only.

How to win – Tell me about your Love for Travel and why ‘Travel Matters’.

I was touched by all the interest and answers and wish I could give each one of you a Freebie Air Ticket, but sadly no such luck and together with the Avios and kulula team we’ve had to choose one winner.

The winner – Megan-Rose Francis with her answer of below. I know that Megan-Rose works at the Two Oceans Aquarium, is a passionate lover of the sea and has her heart firmly set on protecting the environment and educating others as she encourages them to do so.

Your answer warmed my heart and that of the Avios and kulula.com team, plus you’ve never been on a plane. So here’s putting your green infused energy into a flying green machine to change that. My hope is that you do something wonderful with the ticket. Do let me know, I’d love to share it here.
