GreenpopZambia. – We spent an afternoon planting trees with Greenpop’s Director of Trees, Livingstone resident Benjamin Mibenge, more commonly known as Uncle Benji, on the farm that he will retire to one day.
Lessons in the how, where and why of developing a fruit forest from the legendary eco-warrior himself. There is nothing quite like the tangible act of digging a hole, preparing it and lovingly planting a tree that will hopefully grow tall and bear fruit for years to come. Truly soul soothing and searching stuff.
