Luscious Vegetarian, Chapter Two.

Ok – chapter 2. As per my previous post I attended the launch of Luscious Vegetarian at the fabulous Spades & Spoons,  a wonderful spot in Wynberg that serves fresh organic vegetarian breakfasts and lunches. Its a discovery and the food offered at the launch was amazing. I captured some of it to entice you to visit. Much is even grown in their own veggie patch.

Sonia and Jade both looked gorgeous, moved by the actual coming together of this project, which they both hold close to their hearts. What a team they are.

I’m delighted to have been among the rather incredible collection of foodies that attended, so good too to catch up with many of them. Struik captured some of the evening on camera.  Among them a shot of Ishay (Food and the Fabulous), Robert Shone (Tales from the Table) and I which I include below.

Some of the veggie treats that we snacked on during the eveing.
