Nieu Bethesda. – The three of us were hosted by Nieu Bethesda Tourism in a gorgeous self-catering apartment. Working out of the Karoo Lamb, a restaurant, craft shop and information centre. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here, all simply wonderful, especially if like the boys, you are a huge Karoo Lamb fan. Nothing like it, and right in the heart of lamb-land.

Describing themselves on their business cards as ‘Nieu Bethesda near Graaff-Reinet’, I quite simply believe that it should be the other way around. Incredible service and a wide variety of accommodation from camping and backpackers to self-catering cottages and bed and breakfasts. Ideally something for everybody.

Here are some pics of the one that I stayed in. Thank you Katrin and Ian for your natural and warm hospitality. To the cute cat too, which allowed me to indulge it with strokes and cuddles.
