Rwanda. – The very impressive stadium Amahoro Stadium in the centre of the Kigali is a multi-purpose sports centre that plays host to football matches, concerts and public events. During the genocide of 1994, it was also temporarily a “UN Protected Site” hosting to up to 12,000 tutsi refugees.

I couldn’t get over how impeccable the facilities and grounds are.

My driver Christian told me that on Fridays most Kigalians only work half day and dedicate the afternoon to sport and fitness. No wonder they’re all so gorgeous!
