Earlier this week I got to chat to the wonderful Refilwe Moloto on CapeTalk about Digital Detox Holidays and how much I recommend regular breaks from technology. This following her conversation with Dr Wenjie Cai, Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality at the University of Greenwich Business School.
