Thailand and Morocco. Passport to the World Radio Podcast.

I was invited by Cathy Retief-Niel onto her Passport to the World to talk about my most recent trips to Thailand and Morocco.

With Thailand being one of South Africa’s most popular choices for an overseas holiday, I talk about my recent visit and an itinerary that allows the combination of Bangkok, Koh Samui and Chiangmai for the best balance of city, island living and spirituality that the destination offers.

Also a look at my recent visit to Morocco where I joined a girlfriend to do a self-drive road trip that took me from Casablanca to Marrakesh, into the Atlas Mountains and on to coastal Essaouira before circling back to Casablanca. History, Arabia, delicious food and a north African culture not explored often enough.

Both are very affordable options, especially with cheap flights and accessibility, and should be considered for your 2018 travel calendar. Have a listen to learn more and visit the Thailand SA blog for more details.
