I was lucky enough to take my second visit there earlier this month, guided through a closer look at Ho Chi Minh City and all that it has to offer by local residents Eden and Kate, with a specific focus on history, culture and the best vegetarian restaurants in town.

Elgin. Old Mac Daddy. – There’s a valley just over an hour’s drive from the city which offers a myriad of attractions, cool climate wines, the country’s only MCC Estate and endless views across apple orchards and vineyard covered hills.
